This makes both sides happy.
PvP players can get there skills balanced without having 1000 posts on guru saying that they nerfed there farming/running/w/e builds.
It was one of the best updates theyve done.

It's to help all the people who don't follow game updates, durr. Someone logs in, goes to RA with his build, and *whoops* some of his skills aren't working the way they should. The tags at least give them a clue as to why this is happening.

first time you log in fine but we dont need this every time we load into a PvP area.

when I play my derv in RA every single time it tells my Mystic Sweep has been updated. Makes me look at it every time just to see if they changed it again. Rather annoying.

How would this update be any different to somebody who doesn't pay attention to the update notes? You don't get a note saying "this skill has been changed" after every skill balance.

Anyway /signed. At least get rid of "repeat" messages. Running SABway when I came into my guild hall, I don't need to see that "Olias' Death Pact Signet has been changed to the PvP version" immidately followed by "Livia's Death Pact Signet has been changed to the PvP version."

I wasn't referring to that. And, the only time I ever see that message is on a character that hasn't seen it before. In any case, I'd agree that a message like that should only appear once for the people that shun the update notes.

Remove DP from PvE - or remove the DP removers. And get some better ideas for events. Longasc Sardelac Sanitarium 31 Mar 17, 2007 06:06 PM // 18:06
